2024-2025 SPORTS REGISTRATION
Return the Sports Registration Form, Current Physical, and $140 Pay to Participate fee to North Fork High School Office. Fall paperwork may be turned in during school registration on August 7th & 8th. Practices will start on the first day of school, August 12th.
