2026-2027 SPORTS REGISTRATION
Return the Sports Registration Form, Current Physical, and $140 Pay to Participate fee to North Fork High School Office. Fall paperwork may be turned in during school registration on August 10th, 11th & 12th. Practices will start on the first day of school, August 10th, except for Football which begins August 3rd.
